Reimagining the lo-fi sounds of our youth to immerse you in a postmodern millennial séance.
"Vibrant, cinematic indie rock."
Consequence of Sound"Champions a kind of deadpan rock delivery in a similar vein as The National and David Berman. Where they differ is that the songs are more celebratory."
Glide Magazine"A truly unique and experimental album."

A band born of friendship and undeniably built in Chicago, Young Man in a Hurry (YMIAH) channels the lo-fi sounds of their youth into a postmodern millennial séance. With each release, the band shapeshifts, pushing their sound forward while holding onto the emotional core that brought them together.
Matt Baron — vocals, guitar · Meyer Horn — drums · Nick Harris — bass
With a rotating cast of players, most notably founding member Teddy Rankin-Parker (cello), David Vandervelde (guitar), David Taylor (guitar), and Brian Deck (producer, auxiliary instruments)
